At this time shipping is only available within the USA. All orders are shipped by UPS or FedEx and ship for free.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days from purchase date. The item must be in it's original condition and in the original packaging. Please contact us through the Contact Us page with return request.
- If the incorrect item is received, please provide your order number, and product name/number of the incorrect item received.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and must return it for a refund, the refund will be initiated after the item is received back to our warehouse. The return criteria above applies to all refunds, the item must be returned in the original condition and packaging. Please allow 3-5 days to process the return and initiate the refund. The refund will be processed through the same system it was received and may take 1-3 weeks to process and post to your account.
